MSW should be allowed to be <br /> disposed in Class III WMUs. <br /> RESPONSE: Updated to correct reference. <br /> COMMENT NO. 28: (Requirements Table 8, Pg 33). Inert waste should be allowed to <br /> be disposed in Class III WMUs. <br /> RESPONSE: Table 8 has been updated to include inert waste to be allowed in <br /> Class III WMUs. <br /> COMMENT NO. 29: (Requirements Table 8, Pg 33). ACW should be allowed to be <br /> disposed in Class III WMUs. <br /> RESPONSE: Table 8 has been updated to include asbestos-containing waste <br /> (>1%) to be allowed in lined Class III WMUs. <br /> COMMENT NO. 30: (Requirements Table 8, Pg 33).
