This <br /> response shall include an inquiry into <br /> the source of the odor and <br /> identification of the measures <br /> I necessary to eliminate the odor <br /> source. If excessive complaints are <br /> received,as defined by the LEA, <br /> additional measures shall be <br /> Implemented to control odors. <br /> Additional measures may include, <br /> but are not limited to: <br /> o install plastic curtains <br /> on entrances and exits <br /> to contain odors when <br /> doors are opened to <br /> allow vehicles-to enter <br /> and exit; <br /> o use of deodorants to <br /> mask or neutralize <br /> odors as needed; <br /> o daily removal of waste <br /> from tipping floor to <br /> allow for daily <br /> washing/cleaning. <br /> • The operator maintains an Odor <br /> Conditions of Approval -14- PA-0800005 <br />
