(CSI)and contains green/blue colored brine. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized <br /> releases, including spills and overfills. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately verify the manufacturer of the brine that has been added to the diesel tank. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 302 CCR 2630(d), 2641(a)Leak detection equipment not installed/maintained/located to detect leaks at earliest <br /> opportunity. <br /> OBSERVATION: Upon arrival the S17 vacuum sensor was found to be in alarm and actions have not been taken to <br /> address the alarm. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br /> possible opportunity. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to address the <br /> alarm under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 304 CCR 2631(a); HSC 25290.1(c) Failure to construct, operate, and maintain primary containment as product-tight. <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in UDC 5/6, 7/8, 11/12, & 13/14, indicating a leak in the primary containment. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All primary containment for the UST system must be product tight. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately have a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the <br /> failed component(s), under permit and inspection of the EHD if necessary. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> FA0023733 PR0541416 SCO01 10/17/2023 <br /> EHD 23-01 Rev.12/06/2021 Page 9 of 11 Underground Storage Tank Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
