<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed three lights were out.Adequate lighting shall be provided in all areas to facilitate cleaning and
<br /> inspection where open food is stored, served, and prepared. Repair light fixtures with shatter-proof bulbs. Correct prior to
<br /> operation.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Exhaust hoods shall be provided to remove toxic gases,heat,grease, vapors and smoke and be approved by
<br /> the local building department. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6"beyond all cooking equipment.All areas shall have sufficient ventilation
<br /> to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window,an air shaft,or a
<br /> light-switch activated exhaust fan,consistent with local building codes. (114149, 114149.1)Adequate lighting shall be provided in all areas

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed the cap to the wastewater outlet is missing. Replace and maintain the cap on the outlet at all
<br /> times to avoid leakage. Correct prior to operation.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device,as required
<br /> by applicable plumbing codes. (114192)All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing
<br /> ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination,and shall be kept clean,fully operative,and in good repair. Any hose
<br /> used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials,labeled,properly stored,and used for no other purpose. (114171,

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The mobile food facility door is has a self-closing device but is not attached. Doors should remain closed
<br /> except when entering/exiting to ensure the premises is maintained vermin-proof. Repair the self-closing device on the door
<br /> prior to operation.

<br /> Two service windows were missing the screen. Install self-closing window screens to keep flies and other vectors from
<br /> entering facility. Correct prior to operation.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The premises of each food facility shall be kept clean and free of litter and rubbish all clean and soiled linen
<br /> shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from food and food-contact surfaces the facility shall be

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The mobile food facility currently lacks name of business in three-inch font, and the name of owner, city,
<br /> state, and zip code in one-inch font. Post this information on each side of the mobile food unit and send photos to
<br /> cmuro@sjgov.org or text photos to 209-561-8923 prior to permit issuance.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. The business name or the name of the operator,city state and ZIP code,and the name of the permittee if
<br /> different from the business name is not clearly visible on the customer side of the mobile food facility.[§I14299(a)] 2. Business or
<br /> operator name is not at least 3 inches high and address is not one inch high.[§114299(b)] 3. Sign is not in contrasting color with the
<br /> vehicle exterior.[§114299(b)] 4. For a motorized vehicle and a mobile support unit, the sign is not present on both sides of vehicle.
