Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: GOLDEN DYNASTY RESTAURANT, 848 W BENJAMIN HOLT DR, STOCKTON 95207 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br />OBSERVATIONS: The following was observed: <br />-cooking equipment under the hood was observed with grease build-up and food debris at the burners <br />-prep sink faucet and handles observed with build-up <br />-walk-in cooler door handle and surrounding area observed with heavy build-up <br />-hood was observed with grease build-up <br />-two door Atosa prep cooler was observed with build-up on the doors and interior surfaces <br />-one door Atosa cooler observed with food debris and build-up inside <br />-fan above rice cookers observed with heavy dust accumulation <br />-dry storage shelves observed with heavy food debris and build-up <br />-storage shelf with vinegar and dishes observed with build-up <br />-two door True cooler observed with build-up inside handles and exterior <br />Detail clean the above items. Maintain clean. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115 (c)) <br /> #35 Equipment/Utensils Approved and in Good Repair <br />OBSERVATIONS: The two door Atosa prep cooler was observed with the gasket taped on. Repair cooler so that it is in <br />good working order without tape. Tape is not a cleanable surface. <br />One rice cooker was observed with the top taped. Repair rice cooker so that it is in good working order. Remove tape as it <br />is not a cleanable surface. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. (114175). All utensils and equipment <br />shall be approved, installed properly, and meet applicable standards. (114130, 114130.1, 114130.2, 114130.3, 114130.4, 114130.5, <br />114132, 114133, 114137, 114139, 114153, 114155, 114163, 114165, 114167, 114169, 114172, 114177, 114180, 114182) <br /> #36 Equipment/Utensils/Linens: Proper Storage / Use <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed scoops in dry storage containers and tea containers with handles touching the food items. <br />Store scoops with handles sticking out of food items. Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br />food and food-contact surfaces. (114185.3 - 114185.4) Utensils and equipment shall be handled and stored so as to be protected from <br />contamination. (114074 - 114075, 114081, 114119, 114121, 114161, 114178, 114179, 114083, 114185, 114185.2, 114185.5) <br /> #43 Toilet Facilites Clean/ Supplied/ Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Toilet tissue was available in the restrooms, but not currently stored inside the permanently installed <br />dispensers. Maintain the dispensers stocked at all times and in good repair. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Toilet facilities shall be maintained clean, sanitary and in good repair. Toilet rooms shall be separated by a <br />well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet <br />facilities shall be in accordance with local building and plumbing ordinances. Toilet facilities shall be provided for patrons: in <br />establishments with more than 20,000 sq ft. establishments offering on-site liquor consumption.
