Remove <br />cloths as they are not cleanable surfaces to protect food prep and storage areas from contamination. Correct today. <br />(REPEAT) <br />Observed buildup on the drive-through soda nozzles and the dining room ice dispenser. Clean and sanitize nozzles and ice <br />dispenser to protect drinks from contamination. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. (113984 (a, b, c, d, f), 113986, 114060, <br />114067(a, d, e, j), 114069(a, b), 114077, 114089.1 (c), 114143 (c)) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: A plastic container or spices was observed without a lid and label. Store food items in cleanable <br />containers with tight-fitting lids and label with common name of the food item. Correct today. <br />Observed open containers of ice cream cones on the storage shelf. Store food in cleanable containers with tight-fitting lids <br />once opened. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving. (114047, 114049, 114051, 114053, 114055, 114067(h), 114069 (b)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: Sanitizer test strips were not available at the facility. Obtain sanitizer test strips to ensure sanitizing <br />solution has concentration of a minimum of 200 PPM quat for proper sanitation of dishes and utensils. Correct within seven <br />days. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br />materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method.
