Repair walls so that they are smooth, <br /> cleanable and non-absorbent prior to operation. <br /> The floors in the mop sink room, restrooms and dry storage room were observed with rubber base. These floor surfaces <br /> shall be coved at the juncture at the floor and wall with a three-eighths(3/8)inch minimum radius coving and shall extend up <br /> the wall at least four(4)inches. Rubber or vinyl top set base is not permitted in these areas. Correct prior to permit <br /> issuance. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Maintain the SB-180 sign posted in public view at all times. Correct prior to operation. <br /> Hand-washing signs that notify food employees to wash their hands were not posted in the restrooms designated for food <br /> employees. Maintain hand-washing signs posted in the food employee-designated restrooms at all times. Correct prior to <br /> operation. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Handwashing signs shall be posted in each toilet room, directing attention to the need to thoroughly wash <br /> hands after using the restroom(113953.5)(b)No smoking signs shall be posted in food preparation, food storage, warewashing, and <br /> utensil storage areas(113978).
