Environmental Health Department <br />Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />October 23, 2023 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 12505 E BRANDT RD, LOCKEFORD <br /> Facility Name: <br /> FORD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY - BRANDT <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely). <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with no accumulation start date: <br />-One black steel 55 gallon drum of absorbent was observed at the hazardous waste storage area with no <br />accumulation start date. <br />-Four (2 red and 2 black) steel 55 gallon drums of drain oil filters were observed at the hazardous waste storage <br />area with no accumulation start date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br />disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers <br />were: One black steel 55 gallon drum of absorbent was observed at the hazardous waste storage area with no <br />label. <br />-Four (2 red and 2 black) steel 55 gallon drums of drain oil filters were observed at the hazardous waste storage <br />area with no label. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br />words “Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br />(contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
