The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for AAMCO TRANSMISSION as of December 19, 2023. <br /> Open violations from October 30, 2023 inspection <br /> Violation#113-Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years. The only manifest document found on site for the last 3 years is a <br /> receipt for disposal of 180 gallons of used oil from Sept 27, 2023. Provide all hazardous waste manifests (used oil, <br /> used filters, and used oily absorbent). Per Vincent Kemp Vanee, used oil and used oily absorbent is picked up every <br /> 3 months. Oily wastewater gets picked up annually. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years <br /> from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#601 -Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: One 55-gallon drum of used oil was labeled with an <br /> accumulation start date of 04/28/2019,Two 55-gallon drums of used oil were not labeled with an accumulation start <br /> date, One 55-gallon drum of oily water was labeled with an accumulation start date of 04/23/2019. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
