In the 1963 photo, a new large structure and a few new smaller structures can be
seen in the main dairy area. Some of the canals on the Site have been
reconfigured, and the wastewater pond can be seen stretching north from the
main dairy area.
In the 1975 photo, no significant changes are apparent.
In the 1993 photo, a new structure can be seen on the parcel carved from the
southwest portion of the Site.
In the 2003 photo, no significant changes are apparent.
In the 2011 photo, a new large barn can be seen on the south side of the main
dairy area. Calf pens can be seen arranged in rows at the northwest corner of
the area, and feed is stored in the northeast corner of the area.
In the 2023 photo, the calf pens have been removed. No other significant
changes are apparent.
These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report.
4.0 SITE INSPECTION
Live Oak inspected the Site on July 19, 2023. Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. Live Oak inspected the perimeter of the
Site, the main field road crossing the Site, and the dairy and residential areas.
Structures were observed from the exterior only. The site visit was limited by
vegetation and large quantities of stored materials in many areas, which
prevented inspection of the ground surface. Live Oak was accompanied on the
site visit by Tom Teicheira, Richard Teicheira, and Steve Moberly.
The Site was observed to be agricultural land planted with corn and pumpkins,
crossed by several field roads, with an irrigation canal running along the eastern
property line. A dairy and several houses were present near the center of the
southern half of the Site, and an additional house was present near the northwest
corner of the Site.
At the dairy area, a large cattle pen pole barn and a smaller, similar structure
were observed. A milk barn and three houses were also present. To the west of
the westernmost house, two parked trailers and a variety of miscellaneous
objects, including several empty drums, were observed; the Teicheiras indicated
that the larger trailer will be removed from the Site. To the north of the houses,
three mobile homes and an old storage building were observed. To the
southwest of this area was a partially collapsed old shed used for storage.
LOGE 2327 3
