Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin:rodents(rats,mice), cockroaches,flies.(114259.1, 114259.4, <br /> 114259.5) <br /> #33 Nonfood Contact Surfaces Clean <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hand sink near the fryers was observed with grime build-up. Detail clean sink today. Maintain <br /> clean. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. (114115(c)) <br /> #34 Warewashing Facilites Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Chlorine sanitizer test strips were not available at the facility. Obtain sanitizer test strips to ensure bar <br /> dishwasher is sanitizing at a a minimum of 50 PPM chlorine for proper sanitation of dishes and utensils. Correct within <br /> seven days. <br /> Thermolabels were not available at the facility for the heat sanitizing dishwasher. Obtain thermolabels to ensure 160 F is <br /> reached for proper sanitation in the dishwasher. Correct in 14 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food facilities that prepare food shall be equipped with warewashing facilities. Testing equipment and <br /> materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method. (I14067(f,g), 114099, 114099.3, 114099.5, 114101(a), <br /> 114101.1, 114101.2, 114103, 114107, 114125) <br /> #41 Plumbing Maintained;Approved Back Flow Device <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The 3-compartment sink is lacking an air gap. Provide a gap distance of one inch minimum between <br /> the end of the waste pipes and the top of the floor sink. Correct within one week. (REPEAT) <br /> The drain line for the soda dispenser at the waitress station next to the bar was observed draining onto the floor. Move drain <br /> line so that it drains into the floor sink with a minimum air gap of one inch. Correct today. <br /> The dump sink faucet near the blender in the bar was observed loose. Tighten faucet so that it is in good working order <br /> within one week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device,as required <br /> by applicable plumbing codes. (114192)All plumbing and plumbing fixtures shall be installed in compliance with local plumbing <br /> ordinances, shall be maintained so as to prevent any contamination,and shall be kept clean,fully operative,and in good repair. Any hose <br /> used for conveying potable water shall be of approved materials,labeled,properly stored,and used for no other purpose.
