Fix drainage today. <br /> Bakery department 3 comp sink is leaking from draining pipe on the floor. Fix leakage in 1 week. <br /> Cooking area 3 comp sink is leaking from water faucet neck. Fix leakage in 1 week. <br /> Pipe draining the 3 comp sink at cooking area, is leaking on the floor by the floor sink and lacking air gap. Fix leakage and <br /> provide air gap at least 1 inch off the floor sink. Correct in 1 week. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The potable water supply shall be protected with a backflow or back siphonage protection device,as required <br /> by applicable plumbing codes.
