Resolution DTSC has been contacted to reactivate the EPA ID number. This number is correct. <br />3 Jason Palarca 08/03/2024 10/04/2024 <br />Recommendation #8 EP #00032 - San Joaquin County CUPA Inspection <br />Hazard Waste- <br />OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past <br />three years during the inspection. The manifest #009067412SKS was not found at the facility, but is <br />listed on the DTSC tracking website. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in <br />accordance with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from <br />the designated facility which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at <br />least three years from the date the waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years for all hazardous <br />waste. Provide these records and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br />Resolution Kruger Foods was unable to locate this manifest in their records. Moving forward facility personnel have <br />been informed of the responsibility to maintain all HazWaste manifests. <br />2 Jason Palarca 08/03/2024 11/27/2024 <br />Recommendation #9 EP #00032 - San Joaquin County CUPA Inspection <br />Hazard Waste- <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with missing labeling. The <br />containers were: one black steel 55-gallon drum of used oil and one white and yellow steel drum of used <br />oil that is about 55-gallons. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following <br />information: the words "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, <br />physical state, composition (contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
