A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> CQUNTY AMENDED <br /> 3/4/2025 <br /> CP22 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> NASHIR MAIN ST INC. 3440 E MAIN ST, STOCKTON Februa 12 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 51 CA Health and Safety Code 25292.1(a)2030035- UST system is operated to prevent unauthorized release, including <br /> spills and overfills. <br /> OBSERVATION:The fuel filters under the dispensers are not located to allow drips and leaks to drain back into the <br /> UDC.The deflector plate installed in UDC 3/4 was not attached to the dispenser to allow fuel filter leaks to flow into <br /> the UDC. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The underground storage tank system shall be operated to prevent unauthorized releases. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site,the deflector plates were adjusted to allow proper drainage into <br /> the UDC. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 52 CA Code of Regulations 2635(c)(1)2030036-Overfill prevention system has not been overridden and meets overfill <br /> requirements(TCR 9b). <br /> OBSERVATION: Overfill prevention testing was last performed on 3/21/2021 and was due by March 2024. Testing has <br /> not been completed and is 11 months past due.The designated operator reports have 2/12/2024 written as the overfill <br /> prevention date but no records of overfill prevention testing were observed on site. EHD does not have any records of <br /> overfill prevention testing notification for this date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by October 13, <br /> 2018, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 53 CA Health and Safety Code 25292.2; CCR 2711(a)(11)2010007-Submitted/maintained current Cert of Financial <br /> Responsibility/mech of financial assurance(TCR 11). <br /> 1)OBSERVATION: Complete financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD.
