Testing has not been completed and is 57 months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All monitoring equipment shall be installed, calibrated, operated, and maintained in <br /> accordance with manufacturer's instructions, and certified for operability, proper operating condition, and proper <br /> calibration.
