The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not <br />been addressed for CALCHEF FOODS, LLC DBA KEVIN'S NATURAL FOODS as <br />of February 24, 2025. <br />Open violations from April 04, 2024 inspection <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #5 - Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on <br />site. <br />OBSERVATION: The following were found on site that have not been reported to CERS <br />- 19 pallets of bagged sea salt (47,500 pounds) <br />- 34 pallets of 55 gallon poly drums of Vinegar (7,480 gallons) <br />- 4 55-gallon poly drums of Lactic Acid (220 gallons) <br />- 18 poly totes of sesame oil (4,500 gallons) <br />- 20 pallets of 4 55-gallon poly drums of sesame oil (4,400 gallons) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br />approval. <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #6 - Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan. CERS has not yet been <br />completed by facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />Page 2 of 4
