SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following <br /> (1) The site must be maintained free of litter and graffiti at all times. The owner or operator must <br /> provide for daily removal of trash, litter, and debris from premises and on all abutting sidewalks <br /> within 20 feet of the premises. One permanent, non-flammable trash receptacle shall be installed <br /> near the entrance/exit of the building. (Development Title Section 9-409.150(f)) <br /> (2) Propane tanks, vapor-recovery systems, air compressors, utility boxes, garbage, recycling <br /> containers/enclosures, and other similar mechanical equipment must be screened from public <br /> view. (Development Title Section 9-409.410(a)(7)) <br /> (3) An outdoor refuse or storage area shall be provided on the site and shall be enclosed by a six- <br /> foot-high solid wall that complement the design and appearance of other fences and walls on the <br /> site. No used or discarded automotive parts of equipment or permanently disabled, junked, <br /> wrecked, or damaged vehicles shall be located outside the buildings, except within this enclosed <br /> refuse or storage area. (Development Title Section 9-409.410(a)(8)) <br /> h. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum of 13 parking spaces shall be provided. 3 space is required for every 1,000 gross <br /> square feet of building area. (Development Title Section 9-406.040) <br /> (2) Parking spaces intended for the exclusive use of a Disabled Person permitted vehicle and <br /> provision of access for disabled persons shall be provided, as required by the California Building <br /> Code, Division 11, Site Accessibility. (Development Title Section 9-406.060(i)) <br /> (2) Ingress and egress areas that connect to a paved road or highway shall also be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete or with pervious <br /> pavements,sand-set pavers,and supported turf systems.A combination of surfaces may be used; <br /> for example, two track driveways of concrete strips with pervious areas between the strips and on <br /> the edges. Bumper guards and/or wheel stops shall be provided when necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. (Development Title Section 9-406.060(i)) <br /> (3) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than 25 feet for two-way aisles and 16 feet for one- <br /> way aisles,except that in no case shall driveways designated as emergency access for fire districts <br /> be less than 20 feet wide.
