Monitoring records <br /> include: <br /> (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; <br /> (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; <br /> (3)results of any visual observations; <br /> (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; <br /> (5)logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; <br /> (6)results of inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records for the last <br /> three years on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 68 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i), 2634(e)2030046-A current UST Response Plan has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. Section 5 was not filled out. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 72 CA Code of Regulations 2712 2030039-Compliance with all operating permit requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION:The diesel tank was converted to bio-diesel approximately May of 2023 and a permit was not <br /> obtained from the EHD.This was previously identified on the 2023 and 2024 inspection reports and has not been <br /> resolved. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Emergency repairs relating to UST system monitoring and release detection may be <br /> performed by a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor pursuant to the EHD's policy and a permit obtained <br /> within one business day from the EHD.All other repairs must have a permit submitted to and approved by the EHD <br /> prior to beginning work. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain a permit from the EHD for the change of product for tank#3 from diesel to <br /> bio-diesel . A"Failure to Obtain a Permit" penalty applies. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 77 CA Code of Regulations 2712(f)2030073- Facility has corrected cited violations within 30 days of receiving report. <br /> OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 7/12/2024 and an inspection report was issued identifying information <br /> to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 8/11/2024.
