<br />The second figure provides an isopach between the final grading plan and the most recent topographic map. The
<br />contours in blue designate the additional fill thickness that can be placed to reach the final grades. The areas
<br />labeled as “Future” identify waste management units (WMU) that are yet to be constructed, and the numerical
<br />values indicate the year in which the WMU is expected to be constructed and refuse filing initiated. For example,
<br />Future WMU FU-26/27 indicates that the landfill unit has not yet been constructed but is planned to be
<br />constructed and refuse filling initiated in 2026 or 2027.
