Be aware of your surroundings, do not stand too close edges <br />where drop offs or holes exist. <br />2. Keep a firm grip on straw wattles when carrying , do not use <br />awkward movements, twisting motions or over-reach when <br />placing them into position. Take regular breaks and Stop work if <br />task becomes too strenuous. <br />M <br />Secure wattles with wood stakes and mallot hammer. <br />Walk carefully in ditch areas where straw wattles will be placed. <br />5. Place straw wattles around <br />drains <br />- Slips/Trips/Falls <br />- Falling Into Open Hole <br />- Venemous Snakes <br />1. Watch where you walk, do not take backward steps without <br />looking, be aware of uneven terrain, wear boots with adequate <br />tread and a raised heel. <br />2. Do not step directly on top of metal grating over drains as <br />they can give way. <br />3. Do not place your hands or feet beneath area where snakes <br />can be hiding. Visually scan the areas before moving straw <br />wattles around. If one is found, do not attempt to move it.
