Its staged at the SC 544 <br /> leak pad waste storage area." <br /> Responded to Mike's email asking if he knows how much diesel was pumped out <br /> the sump. Mike responded stating "1.5 gallons." <br /> 07/12/2019 Reviewed narrative and complaint documentation. Emailed Mike Algots and CC'd PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 24 min Joe McGuffin, requesting the sample analytical results and final disposal records SC 544 <br /> for the waste generated. Updated the site map on the Emergency Response <br /> Record form. <br /> 09/06/2019 Reviewed narrative. Emailed Mike Algots of UPRR, and CC'd Joe McGuffin of PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 24 min Patriot, notifying him that I had not received the sample analytical results and the SC 544 <br /> final disposal records, and to submit them as soon as possible in order to close <br /> the complaint. Reminded Mike that all time spent on the complaint will be billed. <br /> Printed Complaint Investigation form and organized complaint documentation. <br /> 10/11/2019 Review of lab analytical and non-haz disposal record received on 10/9/2019 from PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 42 min Leah Brinson, GHD Waste Coordinator(Mike Algots of UPRR was CC'd in the SC 544 <br /> email). Emailed Mike asking him what happened to the 1.5 gallons of diesel that <br /> was pumped out of the spill sump on the locomotive, since the disposal record <br /> only lists the one drum of diesel-contaminated solids. Printed received paperwork <br /> and email correspondence. Provided Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS, with the <br /> complaint documentation for her review, specifically the lab analytical, prior to <br /> abatement. <br /> 10/18/2019 Reviewed narrative. Reviewed email received on 10/11/19 from Mike Algots who PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 12 min stated he assumed the 1.5 gallons of diesel was placed in the one drum of used SC 544 <br /> absorbent that was generated from the clean up. Also received an email on <br /> 10/11/19 from Joe McGuffin of Patriot Environmental who conducted the clean up, <br /> who stated from what he remembered, the 1.5 gallons of diesel was pumped into <br /> the drum of absorbent, but he would confirm. I emailed Joe on 10/11/19 asking <br /> him to confirm and let me know. I emailed Joe again today asking him if he <br /> confirmed what happened to the diesel, Mike Algots was CC'd in the email. <br /> 10/23/2019 Received confirmation from Joe McGuffin of Patriot Environmental stating that he PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 18 min confirmed the 1.5 gallons of diesel was pumped from the locomotive sump and SC 544 <br /> into a drum already containing solid-absorb from area spilled onto the ground. <br /> Printed email correspondence and updated narrative, and attached them to the <br /> complaint documentation. Submitted complaint documentation to Elena Manzo, Ld <br /> Sr REHS, for her review for abatement. <br /> 10/23/2019 Re-reviewed sample analytical results to confirm that the samples were PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 12 min non-hazardous for metals.
