(BLEW). <br /> SITE BACKGROUND SUMMARY <br /> The site background is discussed in further detail in previous reports and are available for review on <br /> GeoTracker'. <br /> In a letter dated July 3, 2025, EHD indicated that the Site was eligible for a Certificate of Completion for <br /> Site Closure following its review of the Site Characterization and Closure Report for 2546 French Camp <br /> Turnpike,Stockton,California(Fulcrum Resources Environmental,December 11,2023).During the public <br /> comment period, a comment was submitted by the owner of one of the northwest adjoining residential <br /> properties,expressing concern about potential impacts from remaining site contaminants.EHD determined <br /> that insufficient data were available to adequately assess potential off-site risks to sensitive receptors. <br /> Consequently,EHD requested a work plan and supplemental investigation to evaluate soil vapor conditions <br /> along the northern and eastern property boundaries to assess potential vapor intrusion into the adjoining <br /> residential dwellings. <br /> REVIEW OF SITE WORK PLAN FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION <br /> The Work Plan proposed the advancement of seven(7)soil borings at the site to collect soil vapor samples <br /> located along the northern and eastern site boundaries.The soil borings will be advanced to an approximate <br /> ' https:Hgeotracker.waterboards.ca.gov/profile report.asn?global id=T10000019802 <br />
