The actual start date <br /> will be updated following approvals to proceed. <br /> SITE WORK <br /> MOBILIZATION AND SITE PREPARATION <br /> Clean Harbors will notify Republic Forward Landfill, and Republic Forward Landfill will notify the Central <br /> Valley Water Board(CVWB)prior to mobilization to the Site to complete the removal process. <br /> Clean Harbors will mobilize the labor, equipment, and materials identified in the previous section. It is not <br /> anticipated that any additional erosion controls beyond those required by the existing facility Storm Water <br /> Pollution Prevention Plan will be required, though regular inspections will be conducted, and identified <br /> deficiencies will be remedied. <br /> The stockpile location is currently covered with poly sheeting and surrounded by an earthen berm. Please <br /> refer to Attachment 4 of the current condition of the stockpile requiring removal. <br /> Stockpile Segregation, Screening, Sampling& Loadout <br /> Clean Harbors will utilize a combination of a CAT 323 Excavator (Excavator) and a CAT 980 Frontend <br /> Loader(Loader) to begin the screening and segregation process. The excavator will begin at one end of the <br /> existing stockpile, combing through and spreading out the soil to identify any concrete material. During this <br /> process, the Clean Harbors Field Inspector will be spotting the excavator for visual confirmation of concrete <br /> material.All concrete observed during the screening process,as well as the surround soil will be removed and <br /> placed within the frontend loader's bucket, which will transport the material to a roll off container for offsite <br /> transportation and disposal. As the screening process continues, the frontend loader will be tasked with <br /> removing the screened material and placing it on top of 6-mil poly sheeting. Clean Harbors will generate <br /> 3 <br /> Y�SAFETYFIRSV <br />
