Met with Dan Tynan and Michael Buckley (Manager). Red <br /> diesel leaked due to diesel filter housing cracked. and entered storm drain. <br /> 1:30pm-Jim Reedy of Clean Harbors arrived to perform initial assessment. <br /> 2:OOpm-Craig Moore of RES Environmental arrived with Jetter system to clean <br /> storm drain. Generated notice to abate and had Michael Buckley of Inframark <br /> sign. Emailed to their emails. <br /> 2:30pm- Hamid Parsa of Mountain House CSD arrived to perform assessment. <br /> 4pm - Left site, switched with Haza for night time. <br /> 03/20/2018 Received a phone message from Hamid Parsa of Mountain House Community PE 2546 HANG <br /> 18 min Services District, and he wanted to discuss violation written for release of waste SC 544 <br /> within 150 feet of a waterway. I discussed with Hamid that the waterway in <br /> question was the unnatural surface water of the sludge pits located adjacent to the <br /> spill. I told Hamid I will send him the Ordinance code, and we can discuss it again. <br /> 03/20/2018 Generated prop 65. Sent to GB for review. PE 2546 HANG <br /> 60 min SC 544 <br /> 03/20/2018 At 2:30pm Stacy Rivera called me and told me that the cleanup is not complete PE 2546 SAEED <br /> 120 min and she needs me to relieve her since the cleanup will continue tonight. I left the SC 544 <br /> office at 3:OOpm, and I arrived on site at 3:45pm. I met with the facility manager, <br /> Mike Buckley and Clean Harbor supervisor, Jim Ready. Contractors continued <br /> rinsing the storm drains, and pumping out the liquid. <br /> Narrative cont'd in the next entry for OT. <br /> 03/20/2018 5pm-7:OOpm PE 2546 SAEED <br /> 120 min Contractors continued rinsing the storm drains, and pumping out the liquid. SC 944 <br /> Hamid Parsa arrived on site at 5:15pm and inspected the storm drains. Cleanup <br /> was completed at 6:OOpm. Total Waste generated from the entire cleanup: <br /> Contaminated water with diesel (6,000 gallon inside a red tank, 500 gallon inside <br /> the pump truck tank, 12 totes (275 gallons each). In addition, seven 55 gallons <br /> drums of contaminated solid/soil were generated. I took photos of the final <br /> cleanup, and waste container, and left the site at 6:15pm.1 arrived home at 6:5pm. <br /> 03/20/2018 PE 2546 RIVERA <br /> 390 min SC 544 <br /> 03/21/2018 Updated Aaron Hang on the site status.
