The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br />addressed for Harney Lane 76 as of January 15, 2026. <br />Open violations from July 17, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #14 - 2010018 - Overfill prevention equipment inspection report form submitted to the UPA within <br />30 days. <br />OBSERVATION: An overfill prevention equipment inspection was performed on 2/20/2025 and a test report was <br />submitted on 4/1/2025, 10 days late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed <br />in a timely manner. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #47 - 2030008 - Secondary containment installed after July 1, 2003 is free of water. <br />OBSERVATION: Water was found in the 91 STP sump. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br />system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous <br />waste regulations, and manage accordingly.
