Corrective Action Plan (CAP) <br />Employee Training — Hazardous Materials Emergency <br />Procedures <br />Facility: Travin Toys, Inc. <br />Address: 21200 Paradise Road, Tracy, CA 95304 <br />Applicable Regulations: <br />• Title 19 California Code of Regulations (CCR) §15030.10(b) <br />• California Health and Safety Code (HSC) §25505(a)(4) <br />• Unified Program Violation Reference: 1020002 <br />1. Purpose <br />This Corrective Action Plan (CAP) is established to address and correct deficiencies related to <br />employee training requirements for hazardous materials emergency response. The purpose of this <br />CAP is to ensure that all employees receive initial and annual training in safety procedures for <br />the event of a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, in full compliance with <br />Title 19 CCR §15030.10(b) and HSC §25505(a)(4). <br />2. Regulatory Basis <br />Title 19 CCR §15030.10(b) <br />Requires facilities subject to the Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) program to ensure <br />employees are trained in: <br />• Safety procedures in the event of a release or threatened release of hazardous materials <br />• Emergency response and evacuation procedures appropriate to their duties <br />Health & Safety Code §25505(a)(4) <br />Requires the HMBP to include a training program that ensures employees: <br />• Are familiar with emergency response procedures <br />• Receive training upon hire and at least annually thereafter <br />
