In the 1963 photo, only one structure can be seen in the former building cluster
near the northeast corner of the Site. The field road and irrigation canal formerly
running south from the structure area are no longer apparent.
In the 1975 photo, three large structures can be seen near the center of the
northern property line. No trace remains of the structures near the northeast
corner. Two new structures can be seen on an adjacent parcel to the north of
the Site.
In the 1993 photo, a field road leads onto the Site from the south, terminating at
the gas well on the Site. One of the structures has been removed from the
cluster near the center of the northern property line. Grain storage silos can be
seen on a nearby parcel to the northeast of the Site. The structures have been
removed from an adjacent parcel to the north.
In the 2002 photo, the east side of the Site appears to be planted with vineyard.
The gas well on the Site is no longer visible.
In the 2014 photo, the west side of the Site appears to be planted with vineyard,
and two field roads have been removed. A new, large structure can be seen in
the building cluster near the center of the northern side of the Site. The adjacent
parcel to the west appears to be an orchard, and one of the adjacent parcels to
the south appears to be a vineyard.
In the 2022 photo, many surrounding properties to the north, west, and south
now appear to be vineyards. No other significant changes are apparent.
These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report.
4.0 SITE INSPECTION
Live Oak inspected the site on November 6, 2025. Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. The perimeter of the Site and the
structure area were observed. The interiors of the structures were not inspected.
Observation of the ground surface was obscured in places by agricultural
equipment.
The Site is primarily vineyard; six field roads divide the Site into seven sections.
Vineyard has been removed from two sections of the Site, on one of which an
orchard has been recently replanted. Highway 12 defines the northern property
line; Peatland Road defines the western property line. The southeastern corner
of the Site follows the line of Sargent Slough. Irrigation canals run along the
northern and western property lines.
LOGE 2548 3
