Live Oak searched available online records at the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department for the property address. The following
records were identified:
• 2015 general information sheet listing the Site as a Hazardous Materials—
Farm Operations facility and an aboveground storage tank (AST) facility.
• Agricultural Hazardous Materials Inventories from 2008, 2009, and 2010
listing 550 gallons of gasoline, 10 gallons of 2,4-D, 240 gallons of
Roundup, 20 tons of sulfur, and 10,000 gallons of diesel stored on the
Site.
• Masterfile Record Information Form from 2009 listing two ASTs on the
Site.
• Aboveground Petroleum Storage Program Survey Form from 2009 listing
a 500-gallon diesel tank and a 10,000-gallon diesel tank on the Site.
• Cover sheet and photograph from 2009 indicating the two diesel tanks in
secondary containment.
These records are included in Appendix 4 of this report.
Well & Septic Permits
Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
well and septic permit files for the Site address; ten records were on file:
• March 1973 permit for pump repair at non-potable well west of packing
shed (appears to be old well).
• August 1977 permit for new domestic well west on west side of structure
area (location uncertain).
• March 1981 permit for pump repair at domestic well west of asparagus
shed (appears to be old well).
• September 2001 permit for addition of one 100-foot leach line to existing
septic system at labor camp.
• November 2002 permit for new domestic well (replacement well) south of
shed and southeast of dwelling (appears to be current well).
• November 2002 "Application for Depth of Well Seal Waiver." The waiver
was requested because of"high TDS [total dissolved solids] below 60 ft."
• December 2014 permit for new irrigation well on south side of structure
area near center (appears to be "future use" well).
• January 2015 "Depth of Well Seal Waiver." The waiver states that
"ground water quality is poor at deeper depths due to elevated salinity
concentrations."
• April 2015 permit for new well; this permit was allowed to expire.
• December 2015 permit for new irrigation well pump (location uncertain).
These records are included in Appendix 4 of this report.
LOGE 2548 6
