• Alpine Helicopter, 11001 W. Highway 12, adjacent to the north of the Site,
Hazardous Materials Business Plan & CalArp Programs, Hazardous
Waste Generator Program, and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act
Program databases. This facility is located across Highway 12 from the
Site. Live Oak reviewed records available for this facility on file at the San
Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. Based on these
records, it appears that this facility was a Small Quantity Hazardous
Waste Generator from 2009 through 2014. A 2010 inspection report
identified numerous violations, but it appears that these were resolved in
consultation with the inspector; a "Return to Compliance" certificate was
issued in 2011. A 2010 Aboveground Petroleum Storage Program Survey
Form indicates that 6,750 gallons of petroleum products, including 4,900
gallons of jet fuel, are stored at this facility. No evidence was identified of
any impacts to the subject Site from this facility.
• Highway 12 Farms, 11961 W. Highway 12, approximately 160 feet
northwest of the Site, Hazardous Materials Business Plan & CalArp
Programs, Hazardous Waste Generator Program, and Aboveground
Petroleum Storage Act Program databases. This facility is located across
Highway 12 from the Site, and the structure area at this facility is nearly
one-quarter mile from the Site. Based on the distance from the Site and
the nature of the listings, this facility is considered unlikely to have
impacted the subject Site.
• Delta Blue (Munger Bros., 12355 W. Highway 12, approximately one-
quarter mile northwest of the Site, Hazardous Materials Business Plan &
CalArp Programs, Hazardous Waste Generator Program, Emergency
Response, and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Program databases.
Three hazardous materials incidents were reported at this facility: a
transformer oil spill in 2013, an accident involving people sprayed with
Roundup in 2021, and an unspecified spill in 2021 (same date as previous
so presumed to involve Roundup). Based on the distance from the Site
and the nature of the listings, this facility is considered unlikely to have
impacted the subject Site.
• Hazardous materials incident from 1995 located west of Guard Road and
Highway 12, Emergency Response database. The location description is
unclear, and this incident could have taken place on or adjacent to the
Site. According to the listing, diesel spilled due to a vehicle accident. The
impacted soil was reportedly removed and disposed at Forward Landfill.
Because the contaminated soil was appropriately disposed, no continuing
impact to the subject Site is anticipated.
LOGE 2548 8
