CITY OF LATHROP <br /> 1.1.5 Services Furnished by the City <br /> 1. The City has obtained the necessary legal right-of-ways for the drilling and well construction <br /> work. <br /> 1.1.6 Reference Points <br /> 1. The City shall stake the location of the test hole. <br /> 1.1.7 Work Area Restrictions <br /> A. General -- The Contractor shall protect all existing facilities and shall keep the site clear and <br /> open all the times. <br /> B. USA Siting—The Contractor Shall USA site for existing utility markings and field locate prior to <br /> conducting any drilling activities. <br /> C. Photo Documentation—The Contractor shall photo document site pre and post construction <br /> activities.Contractor shall fully restore site to pre-construction conditions at Contractor's sole <br /> cost. <br /> D. Coordination With Other Activities--Contractor is advised that other work by the City may be <br /> conducted at the project site. The Contractor shall limit all activities to the designated work <br /> areas. <br /> E. Work Hours—Operations will be limited to between the hours of 7:00am—7:00pm, Monday <br /> through Friday. No work shall be undertaken on Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays. During <br /> work hours, there are high traffic periods around the site that should be avoided. <br /> F. Noise— Noise shall be below the City's ordinance requirements at all times. Sound walls are <br /> not required if these noise requirements are met. Sound shall be monitored next to drill rig <br /> and along the property lines at the drilling site. <br /> G. Health and Safety--Contractor shall provide and adhere to a health and safety plan to address <br /> actual or potential hazards associated with the Work. A copy of the Contractor's health and <br /> safety form shall be posted at the job site. <br /> H. Hazardous Materials -- The Contractor shall comply with all government laws, rules and <br /> regulations concerning the use of hazardous materials and the disposal of hazardous wastes <br /> at the job site, including but not limited to the following: <br /> 1. The Contractor shall not bring hazardous materials onto the job site or deliver <br /> hazardous materials without providing the City, in advance, Material Safety Data Sheets <br /> for each hazardous material. <br /> LUHDORFF&SCALMANINI <br /> CONSULTING ENGINEERS 2 <br />
