We have created them and are uploading them in our system to have the employees assigned <br />x <br />Discharges have been removed from the gravel and <br />dirt below. Tank 1 ball valve has been fixed, tank is in the process of being emptied as we are going to place it <br />out of service. Tank 5 valve has been replaced. Trailer 21 nozzle has been replaced. T1 has been repaired and cleaned. <br />x <br />complete them digitally. <br />Tanks 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and the gasoline tank have <br />remote monitoring liquid level sensing devices. New devices have been installed on the bulk oil tanks. <br />Secondary containment for oil tank has been cleaned. <br />x <br />We are now using the form provided in the SPCC instead. Initial monthly inspection conducted and form is attached. <br />x
