A. The minimum building setback from property line is 10 feet. <br /> B. The minimum building setback from buildings is 30 feet. <br /> C. The minimum landscaped setback from Building to Parking is 5 feet. <br /> f. VEHICLE PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. All permanent parking lots, including internal circulation and loading areas, shall be surfaced <br /> and permanently maintained with asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete. Bumper <br /> guards and/or wheel stops shall be provided when necessary to protect adjacent structures or <br /> properties. (Development Title Section 9-406.060[i]) <br /> 2. A minimum of 44 permanent off-street vehicle parking spaces shall be provided for the project. <br /> (3 spaces are required for every 1,000 sq. ft. of building area; 1.2 spaces are required for every <br /> fueling station). (Development Title Section 9-406.040) <br /> 3. Each vehicle parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum 9 feet wide and 20 feet <br /> long. All required front and street-facing side setbacks, except for areas used for driveways or entries, <br /> shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-402.030[a]) <br /> 2. A 10-foot-wide landscaped area shall be installed between parking areas and adjacent public <br /> streets. (Development Title Section 9-040.030[c][2]) <br /> 3.
