If the hazard(s)cannot be successfully mitigated,the <br /> work will NOT proceed. <br /> A Site Safety Officer(SSO)or field supervisor shall conduct a daily tailgate meeting to review the specific requirements of this <br /> HASP prior to the commencement of daily project activities.Attendance at the daily tailgate meeting is mandatory for all <br /> employees and subcontractors at the site covered by this HASP. Simultaneous operations are encouraged to attend each <br /> other's tailgate meetings or at the very least the supervisors shall discuss the coordination of activities and associated hazards <br /> of each other's tasks.
