Interim Guidance for Coronaviruses - April 23, 2021 AOcom <br /> What Should You Do? <br /> Employees should consult the Global AECOM document, Potential Coronavirus Exposure Management and Reporting,for the <br /> provided process and associated guidance specific to involved parties in the event potential coronavirus exposure is suspected. <br /> Employees who are feeling well with no potential coronavirus exposure suspected (no symptoms, no close contact, no travel <br /> outside or to a specified area—refer to Potential Coronavirus Exposure Management and Reporting for additional guidance) <br /> should continue to observe general good hygiene practices, maintain social distancing in interactions with others,and use <br /> personal protective equipment(e.g., masks)as appropriate. <br /> Employees feeling generally unwell but with no potential coronavirus exposure suspected (no symptoms, no close contact, no <br /> travel outside or to a specified area—refer to Potential Coronavirus Exposure Management and Reporting for additional <br /> guidance)should avoid attending any AECOM locations,take PTO/sick leave until feeling better and self-observe for <br /> Coronavirus symptoms,seeking medical advice where needed. <br /> Staff should follow any Regional communications issued for latest advice around response given the developing situation and <br /> questions should be directed to SH&E team or Global Security& Resilience on specific circumstances(e.g.,travel). <br /> Travel Advice <br /> Following the WHO declaration of Coronavirus as a global pandemic,the global response has continued to evolve,with <br /> individual jurisdictions establishing varying travel restrictions, border closures,and self-quarantine recommendations or <br /> requirements.As per AECOM global direction,AECOM is continuing to restrict all non-essential travel until further notice.Staff <br /> should refer to the Coronavirus Information Center Travel Page and to local communications for additional information <br /> concerning requirements for approval to travel and guidance to permit a safe and successful trip. <br /> Workplace Readiness and Pandemic Planning <br /> The current Coronavirus pandemic has required many people to work remotely.While some personnel may continue to work <br /> remotely,others may return to AECOM locations as permitted. Local operations should refer to the AECOM Pandemic <br /> Procedure and the Global Workplace Readiness Guide to determine the most appropriate work arrangements,outline the <br /> location's workplace readiness preparatory activities, and develop a Location-Specific Readiness or Pandemic Plan. <br /> Employees should consult the Plans specific to the office or project for requirements and guidance applicable to the location. <br /> Employees can expect to find requirements and guidance associated with such considerations as health screening,cleaning <br /> protocols,social distancing, personal protective equipment,training, hygiene,wellness and more within the plan. <br /> © AECOM Restricted <br />
