CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT <br /> The Contractor will be paid upon satisfactory completion of work and receipt of a proper <br /> and complete invoice as discussed in the Contract, Exhibit B. <br /> The Pricing Schedule, which is attached hereto as Attachment B, includes the cost <br /> breakdown for Task 4 through 10. Contractor will be paid according to the payment terms <br /> in the Contract and will be paid the other direct charges (ODC) in the Attachment B for <br /> completing the work. For example, Contractor will only be reimbursed for the laboratory <br /> analytical cost if the laboratory analyzes a sample. The contingency funds can only be <br /> accessed with written approval by DTSC through either a Work Order Approval Form or <br /> a Field Work Order. <br /> Tasks 4 through 8 shall be executed subsequentially. Task 5 will only be completed upon <br /> the completion of Task 4; Task 6a will only be executed upon the approval of the Work <br /> Plan, tasks 6b and 6c shall be commenced upon receipt of DTSC authorization via email <br /> indicating which sites will be qualified for sub-slab vapor and indoor/outdoor air sampling. <br /> Task 7 shall be completed upon the commencement of Task 6 concurrently; and Task 8 <br />
