North County Recycling Center and Sanitary Landfill <br />Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Page 7 <br />3.0 Planning and Organization <br />San Joaquin County has incorporated a team approach to preventing pollution of storm water <br />discharges. The team is comprised of the North County Landfill’s engineers, site manager, <br />site supervisor; and an environmental consultant. However, every employee is trained to have <br />an active role in preventing pollution of storm water runoff and eliminating unauthorized non- <br />storm water discharges. <br />3.1 Pollution Prevention Team <br />The following table lists the storm water pollution prevention team members along with their <br />area of responsibility.
