The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for KING ISLAND MARINA as of May 07, 2026. <br />Open violations from March 20, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #8 - 3010013 - All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br />OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years <br />during the inspection including those for used oil, oily absorbent and used filters. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 3/20/22 through 3/20/25 for all <br />hazardous waste including used oil, used oil/fuel filters and oily absorbent. Provide these records and a corrective <br />action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #21 - 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start date. <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br />greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br />-The most recent pick-up and start date listed on the used oil tank is 4/18/24. <br />-A small red hazardous waste container was observed in the hazardous waste storage shed with a hazardous waste <br />label listing an expiration date of 3/30/2017 and no accumulation start date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
