The following is an itemized list of violations that have not been addressed for METAL <br /> FINISHING SOLUTIONS - STOCKTON CA as of April 06, 2026. <br /> Open violations from November 04, 2025 inspection <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility, a large quantity generator,does not have a complete summary progress report on site <br /> for the year 2022.Allan Rodriguez, Vice President, stated that no summary progress report was prepared for this <br /> facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: See Title 22 California Code of Regulations sections 67100.3, 67100.9. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately prepare a complete summary progress report for the year 2022 using DTSC <br /> Form#1262. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> OBSERVATION:As documented on the facility's wastewater discharge circle charts, a release to the City of Stockton <br /> POTW with a pH<2 occurred on October 16, 2025. Vice President Allan Rodriguez stated the release was due to the <br /> pH probe not being cleaned.All pH sensors were documented to pass testing on the daily checklist. During the <br /> inspection,the employee who completed the checklist, Travis Bates, stated that he did not know why he marked that <br /> the sensors had passed that day. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is prohibited when the <br /> disposal is at a facility which does not have a permit from the department issued pursuant to this chapter, or at any <br /> point which is not authorized according to this chapter. Hazardous wastes shall be disposed of only by transportation <br /> to a permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility(TSDF)or other authorized point. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately cease disposal of wastewater with pH<2 or pH>12.5 to the City of Stockton <br /> POTW. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 <br /> days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br />
