AECOM <br /> 3.7 S3AM-209-PR1 Risk Assessment& Management <br /> 3.8 S3AM-314-PR1 Working Alone <br /> 3.9 S3AM-319-PR1 All-Terrain Vehicles <br /> 3.10 S3AM-320-PR1 Commercial Motor Vehicles <br /> 4.0 Procedure <br /> 4.1 Roles and Responsibilities <br /> 4.1.1 Manager I Supervisor <br /> • Confirming employees are informed of the provisions of this procedure and related vehicle <br /> procedures. <br /> • Providing a copy of this procedure to an employee who will be driving an AECOM-owned, <br /> leased or personal vehicle for AECOM business. <br /> • Allowing employees to designate time to complete required driving safety training, vehicle <br /> inspections and related activities. <br /> • Assigning driving tasks to authorized employees only. <br /> • Selecting and providing vehicles for use by authorized employees that are appropriate for the <br /> planned working conditions and environment. <br /> • Supporting employees in the reporting of vehicle incidents per S3AM-004-PRI Incident <br /> Reporting, Notifications&Investigations, including the entry of the incident into the on-line <br /> incident management system (e.g., IndustrySafe). <br /> • Confirm notification of AECOM Human Resources and Counsel upon receipt by an employee <br /> of a legal summons associated with a moving violation related to the use of a company <br /> vehicle. <br /> 4.1.2 Employee <br /> • Follow this procedure and applicable laws while operating a vehicle. <br /> • Complete assigned driver safety training based on the training matrix and any additional <br /> training assessments developed at the business group. Refer to S3AM-003-PRI SH&E <br /> Training, including S3AM-003-FMI SH&E Training Matrix. <br /> • Report to the Manager/Supervisor if the vehicle selected is not appropriate for the working <br /> conditions and environment. <br /> • Report to the Manager/Supervisor if the employee is inexperienced in operating the type of <br /> vehicle assigned. <br /> • Report to the Manager/Supervisor if the employee is inexperienced in driving in the type of <br /> working conditions and environment assigned. <br /> • Review the completed Task Hazard Assessment and complete journey management. If <br /> required, document the Journey Management Plan using S3AM-005-FMI Journey <br /> Management Plan or equivalent. <br /> • Immediately report vehicle incidents per S3AM-004-PRI Incident Reporting, Notifications& <br /> Investigations, including the entry of the incident into the on-line incident management system <br /> (e.g., IndustrySafe). <br /> • Notify the appropriate Manager/Supervisor and SH&E Manager upon receipt of a legal <br /> summons associated with a moving violation related to the use of a company vehicle. <br /> • Immediately report a change or limitation(s)to his/her Driver's License to the appropriate <br /> AECOM Human Resources representative or his/her Manager/Supervisor. <br /> Driving(S3AM-005-PR1) <br /> Revision 10 July 31,2019 <br /> PRINTED COPIES ARE UNCONTROLLED.CONTROLLED COPY IS AVAILABLE ON COMPANY INTRANET. 3 of 12 <br />
