CP26 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 30, 2026 <br />Facility Address: <br />351 N BECKMAN RD, LODIVAN DE POL ENT INC/PACIFIC PRIDE <br />Facility Name: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />31 23 CCR 16 2613(c)(4), 2633, 2640(f), 2660(c) and (e), 2665 2031002 - Overfill prevention system meets overfill <br />requirements, tested as required, records kept (TCR 9b) <br />OBSERVATION: On the 6/24/2025 inspection report, an inspector indicated that an overfill prevention equipment <br />inspection was performed on 01/15/2025 and a test report was submitted on 02/16/2025, 2 days late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed in <br />a timely manner. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />34 23 CCR 16 2631(a), (f)-(j) 2031017 - DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all requirements (TCR <br />12) <br />OBSERVATION: Facility did not comply with one or more of the following DO inspection requirements: Conduct the DO <br />visual inspection at least once every 30 days; Performed by an ICC certified DO; Inspect monthly alarm history report, <br />check that alarms are documented and responded to appropriately, and attach a copy; Inspect for damage and for the <br />presence of liquid/debris in spill containers; Inspect for damage and for the presence of liquid/debris in under dispenser <br />containment (UDC) and ensure that the monitoring equipment is positioned correctly; Inspect for damage and for liquid or <br />debris in containment sumps where an alarm occurred with no service visit; Check that all testing and maintenance has <br />been completed and documented; The owner/operator signed and dated the Designated Underground Storage Tank <br />Operator Visual Inspection Report within 72 hours of being provided a signed copy. <br />OBSERVATION 1.) From the 6/24/2025 Inspection Report, the inspector cited the facility a violation for the Designated <br />Operator Visual Inspection not being signed within the required time frame. <br />OBSERVATION 2.) At the time of inspection, there were no designated underground storage tank operator visual <br />inspection reports available for review <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that facility is complying with all DO inspection requirements noted above. Submit copy <br />of compliant DO inspection record. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />35 23 CCR 16 2613(c)(1), 2631(k) 2011005 - DO inspections and all attachements maintained onsite or offsite if approved <br />for 36 months (TCR 12) <br />OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator failed to maintain copies on site, or off site at a readily available location, copies of the <br />Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Visual Inspection Reports and all attachments for 36 months. <br />- There were no designated underground storage tank operator visual inspection reports available for review <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Failure to maintain on site, or off site at a readily available location if approved by the UPA, <br />copies of the "Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Visual Inspection Report" and all attachments for 36 <br />months. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit copies of the Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator Visual Inspection <br />Reports and all attachments, for the last 36 months, and maintain copies of these monthly inspections on site or at a <br />readily available location, for 36 months. <br />This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. <br />1868 E.
