Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />July 9, 2026 <br />Facility Address: <br />881 N SHAW RD, STOCKTONSUNBELT RENTALS PC 1087 <br />Facility Name: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />10 HSC 6.5 25160.2 3010013-All consolidated manifest requirements are met <br />OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste transported <br />from the site in the past three years. 12 Consolidated manifests from the past three years were missing. These were all <br />transported by Safety-Kleen Systems, TXR000081205. This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. HSC 6.5 25160.2 <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years from the <br />date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). If the receipts <br />cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for three years within 30 <br />days. <br />This is a (Class 2) Violation. <br />25 22 CCR 12 66262.16(b)(4)(A), 66262.17(a)(5)(A) 3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous <br />waste <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. Three blue hazardous <br />waste containers to store 5000lbs of oily absorbents were observed with no labeling. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br />“Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br />accumulation start date. <br />22 CCR 12 66262.16(b)(4)(A), 66262.17(a)(5)(A) <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective action <br />statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 <br />days. <br />This is a (Minor) Violation. <br />1868 E.
