The following is an itemized list of Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program <br />violations that have not been addressed for Valley Transport Refrigeration as of August <br />26, 2026. <br />Open violations from July 22, 2025 inspection <br />OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br />directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number <br />of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br />the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information on-site. Provide a statement to <br />the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years <br />during the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br />with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br />which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years July 22, 2022 to July 22, 2025 for <br />all hazardous waste.
