The following is an itemized list of Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program <br />violations that have not been addressed for Valley Transport Refrigeration as of August <br />26, 2026. <br />Open violations from July 22, 2025 inspection <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with no accumulation start date: <br />- 1 black 55 gallon steel drum labeled "GASOLINE/DIESEL" did not have an accumulation start date. <br />- 1 black 55 gallon drum of "Diesel" did not have an accumulation start date <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br />disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />OBSERVATION: The air compressor was found to be leaking an oily substance. Underneath the compressor, <br />absorbent material was spread out to capture the leak. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br />possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br />waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately fix and clean the leaking compressor. Manage the waste according to Title 22 <br />California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
