MRP No. R5-2003-0815 will be amended to included MW-6R and MW-7 <br /> as part of the quarterly pilot study sampling. Prior to conducting the injections, both wells will <br /> be sampled for the following suite of parameters to establish baseline conditions: <br /> COCs <br /> • Volatile organic compounds including 1,2-dichloropropane; <br /> • Carbamate and urea pesticides; <br /> • Dibromochloropropane and ethylene dibromide; <br /> • 1,2,3-trichloropropane; <br /> • Nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia; <br /> Reactive Zone Indicators <br /> • Metals—Total and dissolved iron and manganese; <br /> • Anions—chloride, sulfate, and sulfide; <br /> • Alkalinity- Carbonate, bicarbonate, and total as CaCO3; <br /> • Metabolic acid breakdown products of HRC-X® — lactic, acetic, butyric, <br /> propionic, and <br /> pyruvic acids; <br /> • Aerobic/anaerobic products of biodegradation — carbon dioxide, methane, propene, <br /> ethane, and ethene; and <br /> • Groundwater quality parameters — pH, dissolved oxygen, oxidation-reduction potential, <br /> turbidity <br /> P:\PRJ2003REM\WFS\VER\VERF\2.007 Expanded Pilot Work Plan\Expanded_Pilot Test WP.doc <br /> engineers I scientists I innovators <br />
