After installation, all equipment shall be protected from damage from, including but not limited <br /> to, dust, abrasive particles, debris and dirt generated by the placement, chipping, sandblasting, _ <br /> cutting, finishing and grinding of new or existing concrete, terrazzo and metal; and from the <br /> fumes, particulate matter, and splatter from welding, brazing and painting of new or existing <br /> piping and equipment. <br /> G. Street Cleanup During Construction <br /> Thoroughly clean all spilled dirt, gravel, or other foreign material caused by the construction — <br /> operations from all streets and roads at the conclusion of each day's operation. <br /> H. Office Trailer — <br /> During the performance of the contract, the Contractor shall maintain a suitable office at the site <br /> of the work which shall be the headquarters of the Contractor's representative. _ <br /> The office trailer shall remain on site and operational until Notice of Completion, or until receipt <br /> of notice from the Engineer, at which time the Contractor shall promptly remove these facilities <br /> from the site. The trailer site shall be restored to a condition equal to that which existed prior to _ <br /> trailer installation. <br /> I. Parking and Staging Facilities — <br /> Adequate parking spaces and staging areas shall be provided by Contractor for Contractor's <br /> employees and equipment parking and staging areas shall be gravel, suitable for use under all <br /> weather conditions and prevent dust and mud from being tracked on to paved roads. <br /> J. Sanitary Facilities <br /> Contractor shall make arrangements for the maintenance of adequate sanitary toilet facilities at <br /> or near the work site and shall pay the costs thereof. <br /> K. Electricity <br /> The Contractor shall provide and make arrangements for temporary electric service for power <br /> and lighting as required for the construction work of the Contract and for temporary offices, and <br /> shall maintain such service until the completion of the Contract. Comply with Federal, State and <br /> local codes and regulations and with utility company requirements. Pay all costs of installation, <br /> maintenance fees, disposing charges and removal of temporary services and facilities used. <br /> L. Pre and Post-Construction Video Recordings and Photographs <br /> Contractor shall provide pre and post-construction video recordings of all water and sewer <br /> alignments in both directions of travel, the MacArthur Wastewater Pump Station and all storage, <br /> staging and parking sites. The Contractor shall also provide video recordings at locations <br /> required by Engineer.
