B. Documentation Plans <br /> The Contractor shall develop and implement a record keeping system Lo dol ul i lel It compliance <br /> tpllal lVG <br /> with the requirements of this section. <br /> Equipment and system documentation as a minimum shall include date of test, equipment <br /> number or system name, nature of test (performance or operational), test objectives, test <br /> results, test instruments used for the test and signature spaces for the Engineer's witness and <br /> the Contractor. <br /> C. Test Plans <br /> The Contractor shall develop test plans in cooperation with the equipment suppliers detailing the <br /> coordinated, sequential testing of each item of equipment and system provided under this <br /> contract. Each test plan shall be specific to the item of equipment or system to be tested. Test <br /> plans shall identify by specific equipment or tag number each device or control station to be <br /> manipulated or observed during the test procedure and the specific results to be observed or <br /> obtained. Test plans shall also be specific as to support systems required to complete the test <br /> work, temporary systems required during the test work, subcontractors' and manufacturers' <br /> representatives to be present and expected test duration. <br /> D. Testing Schedule <br /> The Contractor shall produce a testing schedule setting forth the sequence contemplated for <br /> performing the test work. The schedule shall show the contemplated start date, duration of the <br /> test and completion of each test. The test schedule shall be submitted no later than 2 weeks in <br /> advance of the date testing is to begin. <br /> Standby power equipment and automatic transfer switches shall be operated and tested at the <br /> same time as an integral system. <br /> E. Product Data <br /> The original and three copies of all records produced during the testing program shall be <br /> provided as product data in accordance with Section 01300. <br /> The objective of the testing program shall be to demonstrate, to the City and the Engineer's <br /> complete satisfaction, that the systems and equipment provided under this Contract meet all <br /> performance requirements. <br /> F. Performance Tests <br /> 1. Each item of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment installed <br /> under this Contract shall be tested to demonstrate compliance with the <br /> performance requirements of this project. Each electrical, instrumentation, and <br /> mechanical system installed or modified under this Contract shall be tested in <br /> accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. <br /> 2. In general, performance tests for any individual system shall be performed in the <br /> order listed herein.
