Refer to <br /> Wallace Kuhl & Associates, Inc., December 28, 2006, Report of Findings - <br /> - Water Quality Analysis, Northeast Industrial Phase II Water and Sewer <br /> Project. <br /> 7. Operating requirements, including piezometric control elevations for <br /> dewatering and depressurization. <br /> 8. Surface water control and drainage installations. <br /> 9. Proposed methods for disposing of removed water. _ <br /> D. Submit the following records upon completion of each installation: <br /> 1. Installation and development reports for well points, eductors, and deep _ <br /> wells. <br /> 2. Installation reports and baseline readings for piezometers and monitoring — <br /> wells. <br /> 3. Baseline analytical test data of groundwater from monitoring wells and _ <br /> receiving surface water. <br /> 4. Initial flow rates. — <br /> E. Comply with all laws and regulations for development, drilling, and abandonment <br /> of wells used in dewatering systems. _ <br /> B.
