4. Independent test laboratory name <br /> B. A certificate of compliance signed by the manufacturer shall be furnished prior to the use <br /> of any asphalt materials. The certificate shall state that the material complies with the <br /> requirements of these Specifications. A certificate shall be furnished with each lot of <br /> material delivered to the site and the lot so certified shall be clearly identified in the -- <br /> certificate. Certificates of compliance shall be provided for each type of asphalt product <br /> used. <br /> 1.03 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> Lovely Road Pavement Restoration and AC Overlay (Bid Item 18) shall be paid for on a lump <br /> sum basis. Measurement will be based on the percentage of work completed as determined by <br /> the Engineer, and the detailed schedule or breakdown of lump sum items as approved by the <br /> Engineer. -- <br /> East Eleventh Street Pavement Restoration and AC Overlay (Bid Item 19) shall be paid for on a <br /> lump sum basis. Measurement will be based on the percentage of work completed as <br /> determined by the Engineer, and the detailed schedule or breakdown of lump sum items as <br /> approved by the Engineer. <br /> Chrisman Road South of the Railroad Tracks Pavement Restoration and AC Overlay (Bid Item <br /> 20) shall be paid for on a lump sum basis. Measurement will be based on the percentage of <br /> work completed as determined by the Engineer, and the detailed schedule or breakdown of <br /> lump sum items as approved by the Engineer. -- <br /> Chrisman Road North of the Railroad Tracks Pavement Restoration and AC Overlay (Bid Item <br /> 21) shall be paid for on a lump sum basis. Measurement will be based on the percentage of <br /> work completed as determined by the Engineer, and the detailed schedule or breakdown of <br /> lump sum items as approved by the Engineer. <br /> Grant Line Road Pavement Restoration and AC Overlay (Bid Item 22) shall be paid for on a - <br /> lump sum basis. Measurement will be based on the percentage of work completed as <br /> determined by the Engineer, and the detailed schedule or breakdown of lump sum items as <br /> approved by the Engineer. — <br /> Pescadero Avenue Pavement Restoration and AC Overlay (Bid Item 23) shall be paid for on a <br /> lump sum basis. Measurement will be based on the percentage of work completed as <br /> determined by the Engineer, and the detailed schedule or breakdown of lump sum items as <br /> approved by the Engineer. <br /> Payment for AC Pavement Restoration and Asphalt Concrete Overlay will be paid for at the - <br /> lump sum contract price for each section of road listed on the Schedule of Prices, complete in <br /> place, as determined by the Engineer. Full compensation for conforming to these requirements <br /> for doing all the work involved including installation of subgrade and pavement to the depth and <br /> horizontal limits specified in the Contract Documents, existing paved road restored by patching <br /> all potholes and broken pavement, removal of temporary pavement, grinding of existing <br /> pavement and application of a 2-inch overlay as specified, and to the limits indicated in the <br /> Contract Documents. The price will be full compensation for sawcutting existing pavement <br /> edges, furnishing and installing pavement, applying prime coat, asphalt concrete, spreading and <br /> Division III-69 NEI Phase II Water and Sewer <br /> July 2007 CIP Nos.7468, 7589, 7590 <br />
