The log shall include: the inspection dates, <br /> location and alignment length, defects in the pipeline, including, <br /> but not limited to, cracks, breaks, deflected joints, pipe deflection, — <br /> bumps, gouges, debris. <br /> 1.03 MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT <br /> No measurement will be made. Audio portions shall be sufficiently free from electrical interference and <br /> background noise to provide complete intelligibility of oral report. The Contractor <br /> shall give oral commentary on pipeline location, MH numbers, direction of <br /> inspection, and at all structural featured including, but not limited to, defects, <br /> debris build-up, and all features as directed by the Engineer. <br /> C. The footage counter shall be accurate to one foot per each pipeline segment for <br /> measurements of distance traveled by camera within the pipeline. <br /> D. The camera advancement through the pipeline shall be at a speed that allows a _ <br /> clear picture of the pipeline and allows for thorough investigation of all structural <br /> features of the pipeline.
