PART 3 — EXECUTION <br /> 3.01 CCTV INSPECTION OF EXISTING IRRIGATION PIPE <br /> A. The contractor shall provide the Engineer 48 hours written notice prior to CCTV <br /> inspection of the all pipelines, and provide the Engineer unrestricted viewing of <br /> the CCTV inspection as it occurs. <br /> B. Representative of the irrigation district shall be onsite during CCTV operations <br /> C. The Contractor shall inspect the existing irrigation pipeline at a period when flows <br /> are low encugh that the pipeline walls and crown can be inspected thoroughly. <br /> D. Pipe damaged by Contractor work shall be replaced with new pipe in accordance <br /> with Section 15100. Joints damaged by Contractor work shall be repaired to <br /> satisfaction of City and to Pescadero Reclamation District. <br /> E. All inspections shall be performed in the presence of the Engineer by <br /> experienced personnel trained in locating breaks, obstacles, and defects by <br /> closed circuit television. <br /> 3.02 CCTV INSPECTION OF PRE AND POST-INSTALLATION SEWERS <br /> A. Perform television inspection 48 hours after installation and backfill of sewers to <br /> provide quality assurance of the pipeline installation, and to verify the lines were <br /> cleaned. <br /> B. Video inspection shall be done on one sewer section at a time. <br /> C. All inspection shall be performed in the presence of the Engineer by experienced <br /> personnel trained in locating breaks, obstacles, defects by closed circuit <br /> television. Any location of pipeline considered defect by Engineer shall be <br /> repaired or replaced, as determined by the Engineer, at the no additional <br /> expense to the City. <br /> SECTION 02910 — SITE RESTORATION <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> 1.01 DESCRIPTION <br /> A. The work includes restoration of surfaces and equipment damaged during the <br /> course of execution of this contract on private property to be restored as part of <br /> this work.. The work may include such repairs as turf renovation or replacement, <br /> ditch and drain repair, planting replacement, irrigation system component repair <br /> or replacement; repairs to or replacement of other features such as rockeries, <br /> fencing, bollards, benches, sidewalks, etc. <br /> B. The City has acquired rights-of-entry, permanent easements and temporary <br /> construction easements from the individual property owners affected by this <br /> work.
